By booking an appointment, class or event at The Healing Hub, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or class.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

• Failure to attend your appointment or class without notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Arriving for Your Appointment

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment or class.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients.

Health & Wellbeing

Please let us know before your appointment if you:

• Are pregnant

• Have any injuries or medical conditions

• Have recently had surgery

• Are experiencing any contagious illness or symptoms that may affect your treatment or participation

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you contact us to reschedule your appointment.

Pilates Classes

By attending Pilates classes, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and will exercise within your own capabilities.

Please advise your instructor of any injuries, pain, medical conditions or changes to your health before each class.

Grip socks are recommended for comfort and safety.

Healing Services

Our treatments are designed to support your overall wellbeing and are complementary in nature.

Services provided at The Healing Hub are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or replace medical or psychological care. We encourage you to continue working with your healthcare professionals where appropriate.

Online Sessions

For online appointments, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your session.

Class Passes

• Class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Expiry dates apply as stated at the time of purchase.

• Unused classes cannot be extended unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Workshops & Events

Specific cancellation policies may apply to workshops, special events and private group bookings. These will be advised at the time of booking.
